Violet jointly established Visa Inn with Allan Van As, responsible for the financial management of the firm, and together have built their business over the past 25 years. As Allan says ‘ Violet is my inspiration and motivation behind the success of our company, and is at the heart of Visa Inn’. Violet and Allan have been married for 36 Years.

Crystal joined her parents at Visa Inn 7 years ago having trained under Allan, before undertaking the LLB.Hons. Crystal has inherited the passion for excellence, bringing fresh ideas, and inspiration to the firm. Crystal has a special interest in Family and child-related cases, entry clearance and Marriage. As Allan says, Crystal completes the package of a truly Family run Immigration firm.
